About Me
Life took me somewhere I never anticipated. Here I am, in my 50s, juggling a full-time job while caring for my aging parents. Every day felt like a relentless cycle — waking up, heading to work, coming home to more responsibilities, collapsing into bed, and starting all over again. My time was no longer my own, and there was never enough space — or PTO — to truly savor life beyond the daily grind.
Then, in June 2025, everything changed. I became a grandmother. Holding that tiny bundle of joy in my arms made me realize something profound: if I wanted to be present for my grandchild and watch my kids embrace their own parenting journey, I had to make a change. It was time to take control of my future and work on my own terms.
And that's how Halls Bookkeeping was born.
